Hi,

Thanks for the great tool!

I noticed that during upgrade the progress indicator line containing "Upgrading npm ..." text with a spinning symbol (\, |, /) is blinking instantly at quite frequent rate. Although it's a very minor visual bug I don't recall seeing similar spinners blinking in other consoles. (Could be a PowerShell limitation of sort?) So I thought I'll let you know and someone might come up with an easy fix hopefully.
