Description

AR Drone does not take off if the battery is low (afaik less than 20%). Client code does not receive any Exception about that

Research direction
Examine the Drone class in lib/drone.js to identify where battery level is checked. Currently, the drone does not throw an exception when battery is below 20%. Add a check that throws a LowBatteryException. Look at existing exceptions like DroneError for pattern. Ensure the error is emitted via callback or event.
