This program simulates a small interrupt system. It was developed to be submitted for partial grading of a fourth year, undergraduate course in Systems and Computer Engineering with a focus on Operating Systems. The base template was forked from a graduate student's repo, supervised by Dr. Gabriel Wainer., P. Eng., SCE., FED., Carleton University
