Description

Following https://github.com/facebookresearch/maskrcnn-benchmark/issues/25#issuecomment-433909952, a conda package would be a nice way to distribute precompiled package for Linux, Windows and Mac OSX.

For this, a conda recipe needs to be submitted as a PR to https://github.com/conda-forge/staged-recipes.

Refer to the linked comment in issue #25 for additional context. The task is to create a conda recipe for maskrcnn benchmark and submit it as a PR to the conda forge/staged recipes repository. Start by forking conda forge/staged recipes, then create a new recipe directory for maskrcnn benchmark with the necessary meta.yaml, build.sh, and bld.bat files. Ensure the recipe builds and works on Linux, Windows, and macOS. Finally, open a pull request against the staged recipes repository.
