Please consider adding support for accessibility-related languages and dialects.

Motivation

There are a number of accessibility-related languages and dialects that fairseq might be able to support. For example, there are various sign languages, braille variants, etc.

Pitch

It would be nice to have reliable ways to import and export ASL, braille, etc. This could be helpful to disabled people and their support communities.
