Description

Automatic Announcements, as well as an expansion of the Activity Log, to include level creation, enablement, and disablement, was introduced in PR #513.

Is there a use-case or user-story to support the expansion of PR #513 to allow for customized messages to automatically be announced when a new Level is enabled?
