Adding Fable.Reaction cause Toth.Json error

The failure is reported in paket-files/thoth-org/Thoth.Json/src/Decode.fs at lines 913-948; first reproduce the build after adding Fable.Reaction and inspect those calls in context. Done means the REPL builds without the six FABLE EnumOfValue errors.

When I added Fable.Reaction, building fails with below error
