Description

I would like the ability for the server to dictate the omit duration. This goes hand in hand with #354 to allow server to dictate maximum or force test duration.

Research direction
Examine the existing omit option implementation in the client code (likely in iperf api.c). Look at how server options are parsed (src/iperf server api.c). Implement a new server option ' O' to set omit duration. Ensure compatibility with client initiated tests. See related issue #354 for context.
