Description

Working with external, non-react, libraries is a pain in the react ecosystem; testing is no exception. We should see if there is anything we can do, to normalize the DOM that gets injected by third party libraries.

React's TestUtils do not currently support this, so it'd be a huge win if enzyme could.

Highcharts is a decent test library.

Research direction
Investigate how third party libraries like Highcharts inject DOM and how React's TestUtils handle it. Look into enzyme's current DOM rendering methods (e.g., mount, shallow) and see if there's a way to normalize injected DOM. Check existing comments for any leads. The goal is to propose a strategy for supporting such libraries.
