Description

Add admin page that includes health status of each back-end as well some (i.e. configurable) amount of history.

Study Envoy's health check subsystem and admin handler (source/server/admin). Understand the current health status storage and metrics. Then design an admin endpoint exposing health status and configurable history of changes.
