Description

Now that we have a distroless image (at least when dockerhub issue is resolved) we should document its exitence to encourage testing

In particular i think we want to:

  • add note in version history
  • add to table of available docker images
  • add in getting started > install > docker (in a separate tab - Envoy (distroless))
