Description

backlog enhancement 
Feature: Manually unlocking a Group
  In the event that a group remains locked after a failed scaling event, I'd like to
  be able to easily remove that lock.

  Background: Unlocking a Group
    Given I have a scaley config
    And I have a group named mygroup

  Scenario: Unlocking a Group
    Given the group is locked
    When I run `scaley lock mygroup`
    Then the group is no longer locked
    And I'm advised that the group has been unlocked
    And it exits successfully

  Scenario: Unlocked an unlocked group
    Given the group is not locked
    When I run `scaley unlock mygroup`
    Then I'm advised that the group is not locked
    And it exits successfully
