Description

Currently they are stubbed out in https://github.com/emscripten-core/emscripten/blob/b97bbc5/src/library.js#L2820.

I've ported busybox to emscripten, and creation of tar archive currently fails with getpwuid: TODO. Extraction of archives works well.

Implement getpwuid by returning a default struct passwd with dummy values, as user information is not available in WebAssembly. Update the stub in library.js to provide a meaningful fake implementation instead of returning TODO.
