The README of this repo references:

GitHub: https://github.com/cjohansson/emacs-phps-mode

However that's a 404. In fact that user has no repos at all now on github.

The ELPA link still works https://elpa.gnu.org/packages/phps-mode.html but without the source code, it's not very FLOSS!
