Description

Problem

It's easy to toggle off sleep but then forget about it and wonder why the computer isn't going to sleep

Proposal

We should probably add a panel icon when sleep is being prevented

Prior Art (Optional)

Previous iterations of the prevent sleep quick control like Caffeine provided their own indicator

Explore the quick settings codebase to locate the sleep prevention toggle implementation. Look for existing panel indicators and understand how they are added. Then implement a new indicator that appears when sleep prevention is active.
