Research direction

Start by reviewing the Expo example and unmerged PR #24, then reproduce the documented yarn ios command. Done means the example's iOS command is available and runs without the reported "Command "ios" not found" error.

Description

I'm trying to get the expo example running but hitting an error when running yarn ios:

error Command "ios" not found.

I see an unmerged PR from @thruflo that updates the expo code here: https://github.com/electric-sql/examples/pull/24. Would that address the issue.
