Kibana version: 9.0.4

Elasticsearch version: 9.0.4

Describe the bug: Once you double click entity store enable toggle, you might (or might not) get issues

Steps to reproduce:

  1. Open /app/security/entity_analytics_entity_store
  2. On the top right corner, double (or multiple) click on the toggle to enable entity store

Expected behavior: Entity store is enabled without errors.

Investigate the UI toggle component for enabling the entity store in the security solution plugin. Look for debouncing or click handlers that may allow double clicks to trigger multiple API requests concurrently. Check if there is a loading state or request deduplication mechanism. Focus on files under x pack/plugins/security solution/public/entity analytics/entity store. Consider adding a guard to prevent multiple simultaneous requests or implement debouncing on the toggle click.
