Brief feature description

grcov creates a nice html coverage result. Currently they are archived in the CI but it would be great to publish them via github pages and add a badge with the coverage result to the readme

Contributor guide

Research direction
Read the existing CI workflow and documentation for grcov integration. Then, create a GitHub Actions job to generate HTML coverage with grcov and deploy to GitHub Pages. Finally, add a coverage badge to the README.
