Start by reading the implementations of cohens_d(), cramers_v(), and the rank effect-size functions, then compare their existing weighting support in standardize.default(), standardize_parameters(), and eta_squared(). The sjstats::weighted_* reference may help identify reusable behavior. Done means the listed effect-size families accept a weights argument with consistent weighted results.

Description
Weighting is already implemented in standardize.default() and standardize_parameters() (and eta_squared() via the fit models).
Would be nice to have this also (with weights = arg) in:

Perhaps we can steal borrow some code from sjstats::weighted_*...
