Description
As a user I want to get the data (description, edits, comments) of the open and closed pull requests so that I can see the history of these pull requests
- Create a function that get all the pull requests from a repository
- Create a function that get all the comments of a pull request - we might be able to reuse a function define for issues (as PRs are issues)
