Visit https://signal.org/ and download the app both on your smartphone and computer. 📱 + 💻
We use it for quick updates in our team. 💬

Note: we do not use Slack or other instant messaging apps because they are horrible for deep work / focus. 🙉
The greatest irony in "modern workplaces" is that they think Slack is helping them do their work, 🏎️
when in fact it's breaking people's focus and forcing them to constantly context-switch which destroys velocity. 🐌
We use Signal because it is encrypted/secure and has fewer features than the others while still having the essentials
e.g: reactions, multi-media (e.g. sending files when necessary) and end-to-end encrypted voice/video calls.

Our goal as a company/org is to maximise the "focus time" people have to get their most important work done.
The last thing we want/need is constant interruptions from messages being broadcast to everyone.
The way we communicate asynchronously is via GitHub Issues.
