Needs support in FileTypeDetector then investigation into whether it may be read via TiffReader or some new kind of reader.

Research direction
Investigate the Leica RWL format to determine if it is based on TIFF. Look at the existing FileTypeDetector class to add detection for RWL files. Examine the TiffReader class to see if it can parse RWL data, or if a new reader is needed. Check the repository's documentation and issue comments for any prior discussion.
