Problem description:

The "Today" date at the bottom of the calendar is a link, which highlights when hovered. However the highlight is only partial: image

Expected behavior:

The whole today date is highlighted.

Minimal repro:

Add a MonthCalendar control to a form. Run. Hover the "Today".
