Description

Problem description:

As per the API docs review, we don't support OS prior to W7SP1, so we need to cleanup unused API/reference for unsupported platforms. E.g. https://github.com/dotnet/winforms/search?q=vista&unscoped_q=vista

Expected behavior:

  • Obosolete API, where appropriate, or
  • Throw PlatformNotSupportedException
