Describe the bug

When YAML parsing acts on path argument, it always directs user to an error in tye.yaml file

To Reproduce

  1. Create a foo.yml file with invalid yml syntax
  2. Run tye with file from Step 1 as path argument (e.g. > tye run foo.yml)
  3. Note error message says Error parsing tye.yaml: ...

Investigate the YAML parsing error handling code, likely in files such as `src/Microsoft.Tye/Config/ApplicationConfig.cs` or similar. Locate where the error message 'Error parsing tye.yaml' is generated and modify it to use the actual file path passed as an argument. Check for similar hardcoded references and update them accordingly.
