Description

This issue has been moved from a ticket on Developer Community.

If you want to make new entries in GlobalSuppressions.cs using the wizard, you have to open this file again afterwards in order to fill in the Justification. Is it possible to make the lower control editable, or alternatively have Justification filled in automatically?
