Repro Steps:
- Launch visual studio.
- Create a new .NET project or open an existing .NET project.
- Right-click on the project in the solution explorer and Add > Machine Learning.
- Tab till scenario and select a scenario.
- Select training environment (Select local(CPU).
- Tab till next step and press enter, tab till advanced data options and press enter.
- Verify that grouping label is not marked for the "Select validation data strategy" group.

Grouping label is not marked for the "Select validation data strategy" group.
Expected Result:
grouping label should be marked for the "Select validation data strategy" group. When the focus shifts to the first item in the group, the screen reader should announce the grouping label.
