Recapture images/ingesting-pdfs.png using the current .NET 10 Aspire application.

The existing screenshot logs ingestion for an older, much larger sample document set.

Screenshot requirements

Run the current GenAiLab.AppHost project.
Open the aichatweb-app console logs in the Aspire dashboard.
Capture successful processing of the current sample PDFs: Example_GPS_Watch.pdf and Example_Emergency_Survival_Kit.pdf.
Include enough Aspire dashboard context to make the source of the logs clear.
Avoid including endpoints, credentials, or other sensitive information.
Replace images/ingesting-pdfs.png at its existing path.

Documentation update

Add the refreshed image to the ingestion or end-to-end verification section of Part 04 - AI Web Chat Template/README.md and give it descriptive alt text.
