Research direction
The issue requests a Vietnamese translation of the system design primer. First, read the Translations Contributing Guidelines linked in the issue body (CONTRIBUTING.md). Check the original translations thread #28 for any existing work or progress. Coordinate with maintainers @tranlyvu and @duynguyenhoang to ensure the translation is aligned with the project's structure and style. The translation should cover all sections of the English primer, and contributions can be made in parts via pull requests.
