Description

This at least eliminates the case where they have not yet authenticated. We should also indicate that if they have already authenticated some more digging might be needed.

Examine the push command code, likely in the `go/cmd/dolt/commands/` directory, to locate where PermissionDenied errors are handled. Add a conditional to check if the user is authenticated and prompt to run 'dolt login' if not. Consider also adding a message indicating further debugging steps if already authenticated.
