Research direction

Start with runtimes/eoapi/stac/eoapi/stac/templates/stac-viewer.html, especially the referenced template, and compare the current viewer with the stac-map project. Replace the /index.html viewer with stac-map while preserving the intended STAC viewing experience shown in the issue. Done means the eoAPI STAC viewer uses stac-map instead of the current template.
