Description

For small children, it's useful to know whether they need to be slathered in sunscreen before going outside for the next hours.

Implement UV index retrieval from a weather API (e.g., OpenWeatherMap) and expose it as an attribute of the binary sensor or as a separate sensor entity. Check the existing codebase for how weather data is fetched and add the UV index to the response parsing.
