Description

As mentioned in #1010, and from what we've seen along the years about the multiple regressions and issues regarding the shell plugins, it would be nice/required to create a test suite dedicated to ensure the base behaviour of the different shell plugins.

This issue is open to contributions.

Research direction
Review issue #1010 and the existing shell plugin implementations in navi. Study the current testing infrastructure (e.g., how other modules are tested). Create a new test module for shell plugins, covering basic behaviors like command generation and output format. Ensure tests are runnable via `cargo test`.
