• World Map plugin: Add quest start point (no change was needed, but this feature was broken prior to 38ff79766c9509e2b68d3ea50149e88387ded275)

To check and implement if applicable:

• Chat Commands plugin: Confirm that kill count and personal best times are tracked properly for the new bosses (they're recorded properly, so no change needed)
• ItemMapping: Add blood torva -> normal torva mapping (9216b0309b4b32d765de3a15c3ad0513619f9413)
• Loot Tracker plugin: Support new boss loot tracking

• Timers plugin: Add freeze timers for the various npc/boss's freezes
• World Map plugin: Add teleport locations and icon for Ring of shadows (2588, 6434 for Lassar Undercity, 1173, 3421 for The Stranglewood; the rest cannot be viewed on the world map) (#17100)
