Moving over from https://github.com/don/node-eddystone-beacon/pull/25 as I would think this would be a bleno issue

Using node-eddystone-beacons's uid/with-tlm.js example which repeatedly calls startadvertisingwitheirdata seems to work in linux.. but gives an error back every time "Command Disallowed"

Turns out its a pi only problem, my other (arm) linux(jessie) box doesnt throw errors

The issue reports 'Command Disallowed' error when calling startAdvertisingWithEirData on a Raspberry Pi but not on other ARM Linux. The hcidump log (https://gist.github.com/jacobrosenthal/28fbcdfa3df29262f63a) should be analyzed. Check bleno's source code for how it sends raw HCI commands and whether there is a compatibility issue with the Pi's Bluetooth chipset. Consider testing with different BlueZ versions.
