Our Custom Emoji page on the Mobile View currently looks like this:

This is far below UX standards and would take a fair amount of work to fix, so the current solution will be to remove access to it from the Mobile Web View. We will encourage users to use the web app.

The solution here is to simply remove the button that allowed access from only the Mobile Web View:
