Unbinding of resource scrolls and clipboards

Prerequisites

• I am running the latest alpha version of MineColonies for my Minecraft version.
• I checked the MineColonies/Structurize wiki and made sure that my feature does not already exist.
• I made sure that this feature request is not a duplicate of any existing feature request.

Context

• Minecraft Version: 1.19.2 (valid for all versions)
• MineColonies Version: 1.0.1325-ALPHA

Is your feature request related to a problem?

Builders will sometimes request empty (unbound) resource scrolls or clipboards, and existing (bound) scrolls/clipboards cannot be used.

Feature description

I would like functionality added to the resource scroll and clipboard to allow them to be unbound. The way this would make the most sense to me is either shift-right clicking the scroll/clipboard in air, or shift-right clicking on the block it is bound to.
