Beschreibung
Enhance the filtering functionality to support selecting "All Applications" and "All Data Sources" options, enabling users to view aggregated or unscoped data more easily.
Current Behavior:
- Filters require users to select specific applications or data sources.
- There's no built-in way to view data across all apps or sources in a single view.
Expected Behavior:

Users should be able to select a default or explicit "All" option for:
- Application
- Data Source

When selected, charts, tables, and logs should display data across all relevant entities.
Proposed Tasks:
- Update UI components (dropdowns, multiselects) to include
All Applications/All Data Sourcesoptions. - Adjust API or query logic to interpret the "All" selection as no filter (or wildcard).
- Ensure that selecting/deselecting specific items overrides the "All" selection gracefully.
- Add visual indicators to make it clear when viewing aggregate data.
