Review the discussions in elastic/kibana#24265 for context on each sub task. For the OSX file handles issue, look at the monitoring UI code to determine how to display a warning. For the formatters, check the existing formatting utilities and add new ones for long/int numbers. For the decimal bug, examine the graph rendering logic to understand why decimals appear and propose a fix. Consult the PR comments for additional guidance.
