Beschreibung

1 业务场景下，除了properties(key-value), file (json, xml...)类型配置，很多场景都还需要TABLE( key-list )类型配置，也就是类似excel的场景。希望增加key-list 的配置类型

2 文件的配置功能较少，没有properties中的撤销配置，同步配置等功能
