Feature description

As i understand apps have control over what to propose as fast actions on long-press over app's own icon.(for example Telegram proposes to create new chat when its icon long-pressed) My proposition is to have "Clear NewPipe Cache" as app's long-press action.

Why do you want this feature?

Quite often problems with not being able to play paused videos can be solved by mere clear cache, but each time it's a bothersome chain of action to actually get to clearing cache. I found numerous issues(like these https://github.com/TeamNewPipe/NewPipe/issues/8627 https://github.com/TeamNewPipe/NewPipe/issues/8583 https://github.com/TeamNewPipe/NewPipe/issues/8294) about people not being able to play video which they paused some hours/days ago - have same bug sometimes, and as i can't track the reason, but found at least some kind of "solution", i hope devs can provide easier way to use it.
