Describe the New Feature

I want to add logic to the calculator application so that when two numbers are provided, it will calculate the log using a custom base.

For example, if the following POST data is sent to the application:

data = {
    "operation": "custom_log_base",
    "number_1": 16, # Key and value required
    "number_2": 4   # Key and value required
}

The result will be:

Result: 2.0

Describe Why the New Feature Should be Added

This task is required for next release for the customer.
