I have not found a way to support comments per column (working on MySQL). I might be missing something, but if not already supported, can it be added?

Research direction
Review the existing column definition API in node db migrate. Look at how other column options are handled in the MySQL adapter, likely in files under `lib/adapters/mysql/`. Check the issue comments for any suggested implementation paths. Then implement support for a comment property in column definitions, generating appropriate SQL with COMMENT clause.
