DATA_README.md is truncated and internally self-contradictory - The file cuts off mid-sentence at the very last line (...Range of values: earth, cement with no closing punctuation or trailing content) while claiming the SAFI_dates.xlsx section documents "14 variables across two worksheets" — only 7 are actually listed before the file ends.
