What is this task about?

Some of the changes to the tutorial change the prototype names, and the input and output files in the Zenodo object for the tutorial should be updated to reflect these changes in the tutorial and any others that are made to the input and output files.

Why is this task needed?

By keeping the files in the Zenodo object up to date with the files users are instructed to create in the tutorial, it can help prevent confusion.

How can this issue be closed?

This issue can be closed when the input and output files in the Zenodo object are consistent with the input files (and the corresponding output files from running those input files) that are created through the tutorial
