Description

As of druid v29 - you can now write to an external location

I imagine i'd be slightly more performant for druid to utilize this where applicable.

Research direction
Review the Druid 29.0.0 release notes linked in the issue, specifically the MSQ export statements (experimental). Identify how Cube currently handles Druid exports and look at the Cube codebase for Druid integration files (likely under `rust/cube/src/sql/druid` or similar). Implement support for the new `EXTERN` function to export buckets directly from Druid to external locations. Consult the Druid documentation on the `extern` function and adapt Cube's query generation to use this feature when applicable.
