Research direction
The issue lists three remaining tasks: (1) translate all comments and logs in the cim project to English, (2) create unit tests for the cim common module, and (3) support a 'swagger.enable' property to toggle Swagger UI. For the property task, refer to the linked PR discussion (#136) for implementation details. The translation task requires finding all non English comments and log messages across the codebase.
