Description

It would be a useful package to support as it's currently the only spark based package that supports class weights for tree based algorithms.

Research direction
Investigate how MLeap currently supports Spark ML models by examining existing transformer implementations. Look at mmlspark documentation to understand its model format and class weights support. Then implement a new transformer and serializer in MLeap, following the pattern of other Spark ML transformers.
