We could use API throttling on "https://api-staging.ngohub.ro/organization-profile/close" in order to prevent spamming the Super-Admin accounts with emails.

Note:
The API is used to send a delete NGO request to Super-Admin accounts via email.
It can be accessed using "Șterge organizația" button from "Organizația mea" page.
