Description

We need to export the scalings from the MenuTools for the P2GT emulator in CMSSW: see the PR where this is implemented https://github.com/cms-sw/cmssw/pull/46489

I used this notebook for the export to a python file and we just need to implement this in here as a script https://gist.github.com/artlbv/546a599fc575f7780f6867f770ff4e04
